richard blinman was vicar of chepstow Gwent uk.He was ordained in 1636 and preache also in herefordshire and shropshire,went to new england in the states and in 1659 returned to england.In 1665 he was one of 11 non conformist ministers in bristol where he died in 1681.I would be gratefull for any information you have.
